Patella Tamarind Wallpaper Sample
Patella draws inspiration from ikat, an ancient yarn-dyeing technique practiced in several countries, including India, as well as Indonesia, Japan, and Central Asia.
In Patella, I have reinterpreted this technique in a geometric print that, while precise in its shapes, displays slightly blurred contours reminiscent of the undefined, handcrafted nature of ikat, imbuing the design with rhythm and cadence.
